Fluent in Czech and proudly a little bossy, Nicol keeps the day-to-day in check while supporting staff and ownership with precision and heart.

Originally from Trinidad and with a background as an elevator technician, he made a smooth transition into the world of draft beer systems. Since joining the team nearly five years ago, Josh has consistently impressed with his skill, work ethic, and can-do attitude.
As our go-to installer, he’s known for making things happen—whether it’s a complex system build or a last-minute fix, Josh gets it done. With his talent, drive, and positive energy, the future’s looking bright—and we’re lucky to have him on board.

Lee Munsky joins the team bringing a unique perspective shaped by his previous work at the Department of Correction. Looking for a fresh start and inspired by a passion for the beer industry, Lee was drawn to the creativity, camaraderie, and hands-on nature of the draft world.

Born and raised in Queens, NY, Francesca is our newest Field Technician. She grew up working in her family’s plumbing business and has always loved building—starting with Legos as a kid and carrying that passion into hands-on projects today.
Known for her problem-solving skills and steady approach, Francesca ensures every project is completed with care and precision. Her years of mentoring youth soccer honed her patience, leadership, and teamwork, making her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new projects and learning fresh techniques, always driven by curiosity and creativity.
